Feltron vs Kickstarter

Hey there! We’re on a mission to make Kickstarter better every day and we’d love your participation in our most fun-filled effort yet. We’ve asked infographic maestro Nicholas Felton, of the famed Feltron Annual Report and Daytum, to kindly help us turn our data — like the stats you see on the upper right-hand side of this page — into something more fun, exciting and intuitive; not to mention sexy as hell. If you’re anything like us, infographics turn you on in a big way. We think they’re super fun, and Nicholas knows how to whip them into shape better than anyone we know. If you’re not familiar with his work definitely check out the links above — but don’t forget to come back :). Any money raised will be used to pay for Nicholas’ time and brain-power, and will allow him to buy-back a miniature jade skull he was forced to sell when he lost his job as a Burmese cartographer. Please join us in this effort to make Kickstarter even cooler, and get some fun rewards to boot. Thanks for stopping by! (Examples from Nicholas Felton’s 2007 & 2008 Annual Reports respectively)

Illustrating Your Life in Graphs and Charts

About five years ago, Nicholas Felton had a cute idea: to create an annual report of his life filled with charts and graphs about the restaurants he had visited and the days he had traveled — just like the annual reports sent out by companies, but with personal details.
That idea led him to co-found Daytum.com, which makes software to help people tabulate whatever they do and turn it into a chart — a visual depiction of everything from blood sugar levels to how much beer they drink. Mr. Felton said he had even seen a woman use the service to track her irrational fears.

Very curious, does anyone use Daytum (from Nicholas Felton) to track anything?  I’m a fan of his work but haven’t gotten into the app.
Any thoughts?
